-> 본래 뜻: 극도로 흥분된 감정에서 야기된, 히스테리증과 연관된

catch someone off guard: 누군가가 방심한 틈을 타 ~하다

e.g. Oh my! You caught me off guard.

 

blow something: ~을 망치다, (기회 등을) 날려버리다

e.g. completely blown our relationship with you

 

straight face: 무표정, 중립적인 표정

e.g. You managed to keep a very straight face through it.

 

looks staged: 저거 짜고 한 거야~

e.g. That looks staged.

It clearly looks staged.
